Client Services

We employ a large pool of skilled Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Hospital Aide/Caregivers to meet the needs of our customers. Our nursing staff are experienced in a wide range of of areas including surgical, medical, orthopaedics, psychiatric, recovery, intensive care, practice nursing, community nursing and care of the elderly.

All our staff undergo a comprehensive recruitment and induction process which includes, reference checks, registration and practicing certificate checks, police checks and MRSA clearance tests. Our staff wear a smart and practical Agency uniform and Photo ID badge. Registered and Enrolled nurses receive a training allowance and practicing certificate allowance to ensure that their skills are kept up to date with current nursing practice.

Staff can be booked to suit your needs by phone, fax or email with a minimum duty of 4hrs up to 12 hours. All staff complete detailed timesheets that are verified and signed by the customer who receives an itemised invoice on a fortnightly basis.

We are committed to quality and providing a quality service to you. To achieve this we have established and implemented a quality management system. The Agency has been assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of Standard for AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. This is an internationally recognised standard in quality and risk management and involves thorough assessment and continuous auditing of our management and quality systems.
